Project 'Slomega'

Moving over to the drivers door, where I made these holes when using a wire brush on the angle grinder. Clint takes a moment to clean up the area where we will be applying the fibreglass.

As we didn't have any filler to use and seeing how it's late, we used the next best thing we could find ... DUCTTAPE! Mixed up another batch of fibreglass and applied to the drivers door.

An hour or so later, my sister is not impressed, so we grabbed Shelly's Hair Dryer to speed up the drying process.

Drivers' side patched up, and I'm wondering if they is gonna work ...

Clint sands down the spot we were working as Dan shows up to hang out.

Showing Dan the can of DynaHair Liquid Fibreglass and quickly pose for a picture. My sister has gotten ahold of the camera and she is bored. Clint & I are now painting over the patch.

Clint then tends to the drivers door and sands it down ...

Drivers' side is now dry so we then paint it up too ...

I think my sister needs help ... as Clint is explaining to me what and how I should go about finishing up the bodywork to hide the welding areas.
