2021

  • Replace complete rubber FUEL LINE from tank to fuel regulator, regulator to carburetor

2019

  • Replace Front Bearings & Seals (146185.2)
  • Replace vacuum hose at Modulator Valve
  • Replace leaking 3 core radiator with old 4 core copper radiator from my 73 Nova

2018

  • Installed NEW United Pacific #31397 LED Headlights (Takes 9003 bulb)
  • Fixed broken ground wire with Passenger Front Signal/Park Light
  • Installed AutoMeter Mechnical Fuel Pressure Gauge
  • Performed Compression Test on Motor - All Cylinders @ 180
  • Install set of NGK TR55 Spark plugs
  • Tested Spark Plugs wires
  • Replace O2 Sensor for AFR Gauge
  • Pull Primary side of Carb apart and clean it out
  • Replace Fuel Pump with NEW Carter M4891
  • Replace Fuel Line from stock steel line to fuel pump
  • Change Secondary Jets from 80 to 75
  • Set & Tune Carburetor
  • Replaced rubber fuel line connecting 2 metal fuel lines under Passenger Door.
  • Removed DEFECTIVE NEW Fuel Pump and replaced with old one of same style
  • Rejetted Carb - 65/71 with 6.5PV
  • Reset & Retuned Carburetor
  • Install external AutoMeter Fuel Pressure Gauge
  • Install Holley/NOS Electric Fuel Pump 110GPH w/Holley Regulator (Set to 5 psi)
  • Install 3/8 Steel-braided Fuel Line replacing stock 5/16 steel line
  • Changed Fuel Pressure to 5.5 psi
  • Repainted car with Rustoleum Flat Black (6 cans)
  • Wired up dashlight for external Fuel Pressure Gauge
  • Install MSD Pro Billet Distributor
  • Install fresh set of NGK TR55 Plugs
  • Replace section of fuel line coming from Sending Unit going to Elec. Fuel Pump
  • Replace throttle cable with proper throttle cable for a V8 (Dorman 04145)


2017

  • Install 9003 Headlight Conversion Lens with LEDs
  • Wired up 3 relayed circuits for Headlights & LEDs. LEDs come on as 'Daytime Running Lights' with ignition
  • Install NEW Gas Tank and Fuel Sending Unit
  • Installed NEW lugnuts, replacing defective wheel nuts (material coming off skoaring/marking up steel rims)
  • Reinstalled repaired Tach and tested
  • Rewired some accessories which run off IGN and ACC of the fuse panel
  • Changed jetting in carb to STOCK jetting of 63/70
  • Increased timing to 34 (From 31)
  • Changed jetting in carb to 71/78
  • Installed Exhaust Cutouts
  • Installed AEM AFR Gauge & O2 Sensor


2016

  • Braced Gas Pedal, welded in supports to keep pedal arm from flexing
  • Replaced factory plastic Gas Pedal Rod Support with Aluminum Pedal Rod Support
  • Replaced harden Nylon line with New one for the Oil Pressure Gauge
  • Dyno'd Omega - 274 rwhp/297 rwtq
  • Purchased 4x 15x7 Olds Rally Rims for future use (Have 4x 14x6 Olds Rallys too).

  • Replaced missing nuts on Drivers Side Manifold-Exhaust connection.
  • Fixed small Anti-Freeze leak (Heater Hose)
  • Installed new Front & Rear Bench Seats into car
  • Engine/Transmission Swap (Out with the 305/TH350C, and in with a built 355/TH350)
  • Installed External Transmission Cooler
  • Replaced Tailight Wiring Harness with a nicer harness
  • Replaced mechanical Temperature Gauge with an Electrical One
  • Installed 3 core radiator
  • Swapped out Washer Fluid reservior with one which is in better shape
  • Swapped fan shroud for a slightly larger one from a 4th Gen Nova.
  • (On loan) - Holley 700 Double Pumper (from Glenn A.) to try out on new 355 setup.
  • Remove mechanical fan and shroud and installed an Electrical Fan setup.
  • Replace Holley 700 Loaner Carb with 750 QuadraJet, installed convertion plate on intake.

  • Installed a Clean (Sensor-Free) Thermostat Housing & 180F Thermostat
  • Installed Mr.Gasket GM Throttle Basket and hooked up kick-down cable
  • Fixed linkage problem with throttle connection on Carb (Wasn't getting FULL or wide open before)
  • Changed Valve Cover gaskets to FelPro Rubber Gaskets

  • Engine Swap - Pulled out L6 250 & Installed a running 305 from an 84 Parisienne
    • Converted Wiring over for V8 setup
    • Installed HEI Distributor
    • Installed Tranny Modular Vacuum tube
    • Switched Computer-Controlled Carb with regular Q-Jet
    • Replaced BAD Alternator from V8 with one from L6
    • Fixed Power Steering Problem w/hose clearances, brackets & a different pump (3 of them)

    • Installed NEW Fan Belt (#15445) & Power Steering Belt (#15455)
    • Installed new Radiator Cap
  • Swapped 14" rims with 15" Steelies & the 215/75/15 tires from Parisienne Parts Car

  • Washed the car, cleaned it right out. Exterior, Interior & Trunk

  • Removed decals (along with the paint) from doors

  • Replaced old dried-out rubber vacuum hoses

  • Patched up Rear Quarters with Fibreglass (Very Messy and ugly)
  • Hooked up E-Brake, (Replaced Main & Intermediate cables)
    • Since been disconnected, have to replace rear cables going into drums
